These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Colorful Aura Inc., a New York C Corporation, governing your use of the Morning Unlock iOS application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, your parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You must create an account to access the App's core features via email/password or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us at info@colorfulaura.co immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each account is for a single individual. You may not share your account with others.

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription converts to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancel via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Morning Unlock Premium.
All payments are processed by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Beta testers may receive free Premium access at our sole discretion, revocable at any time.
Your use is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA.
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; reverse-engineer or decompile the App; circumvent app-blocking or authentication systems; use bots or automated scripts; attempt unauthorized access; transmit malware; collect other users' personal information without consent; or send spam.
You are solely responsible for content you post via challenges, nudges, or profile pages. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts.
By submitting User Content, you grant Colorful Aura Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display that content solely to operate the App. You retain ownership. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
The App and all its content are owned by Colorful Aura Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Sleep scores are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for health concerns.
App blocking relies on Apple's Screen Time API. We do not guarantee these features will function without interruption or that they cannot be circumvented.
The App uses Google Firebase, RevenueCat, and OpenAI. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is not directed at children under 13. Contact info@colorfulaura.co if you believe a child has provided personal information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORFUL AURA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF YOUR PAYMENTS IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $50.00 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Colorful Aura Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
Delete your account in-app or by emailing info@colorfulaura.co. Data is deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules on an individual basis.
YOU AND COLORFUL AURA INC. EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
These Terms are between you and Colorful Aura Inc. only, not Apple. Colorful Aura Inc. — not Apple — is responsible for maintenance, support, product claims, and warranty obligations for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is unenforceable it will be modified or severed. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Colorful Aura Inc.
